LOL Comedy Club - MC Chris O Neill

    20:30

Yep, it's our monthly comedy club night, LOL@THEHOTSPOT providing Greystones with plenty of reasons to be cheerful. Which, given that winter is just around the corner, is welcome news.
Our new resident Chris O'Neill - himself no dab hand at this stand-up comedy malarkey - is making it his mission to bring us the finest of comedians currently donning the stage today. And if last month's rollicking good time is anything to go by, he's doing a damn fine job of it.
We'll let you know the chucklemeisters as they're confirmed, and just to make the night even more attractive, we've added the special price of just €5 for both students and the unwaged. Making this one of the sweetest nights out around these here parts, my friend.
Regular admission is only €7, with the doors opening at 8.40pm, followed by a very prompt start at 9pm on. the. dot. So, you know, be wise, be early. And don't sit up the very front, unless you want to be part of the act.
Young hopefuls should get in touch too, as we're planning on offering guest spots to any up and coming comedians who need to make that leap from their mates to a paying audience. And make a whole new bunch of mates in the process, no doubt.
