House rules and behaving yourself

We kindly ask that you ONLY consume beverages purchased at the venue bar. We are a completely separate establishment to the pub downstairs so you MAY NOT bring drinks upstairs from the Beach House.

We are located near a residential area so we do ask that you politely keep the noise down when leaving the venue, especially late at night.
