The events are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends and make some new ones. The HOT SPOT MUSIC CLUB is a friendly and relaxed venue.  Read below for details of all of the events taking place.

 

Every Sunday from September to June

Drop up to the Hot Spot for our weekly Sunday Jam from 4pm. Sometimes it’s jazz, sometimes it’s ukulele and sometimes it’s just plain ol’ roots! To participate, perform or promote – email hotspotmusiclubg@gmail.com

Host your private party – It’s the hottest spot in Greystones!  For smaller party numbers e.g. 20 – 25 you can reserve the upper deck at a gig of your choice & bring your own nibbles!

    Dylan's Eve! Love Minus Zero - playing the music of Bob Dylan

    On the eve of Bob Dylan's birthday, Love Minus Zero  play tribute to the music of Bob Dylan

    Whether you’re a die hard Dylan fan from the start or a new fan, you won’t want to miss this gig … Love Minus Zero guarantee a great set of classic Dylan tunes and more on the night, taking in material from the 60’s and onwards. The band also put their own stamp on some of their own favorites, such as “One More Cup Of Coffee”,  “Shelter From The Storm”,  “ Thunder On The Mountain “  “Hurricane” and many more.

    Love Minus Zero played their first gig to a packed audience in JJ’s in Dublin last September 2011, and since then they have gone from strength to strength, playing many of the top venues around the country, including The Forum - Waterford, Whelans - Dublin, The Mercantile, and many others.

    The line-up in addition to Pete McGowan – Guitar, Ciaran Brougham – Bass, and Fran Dowling –Drums, Vinnie Ryan - Vocals, Acoustic guitar and Harp, well-known Multi- instrumentalist and Guitarist Pat McSweeney, and Graham Nolan – Keyboards and Violin.
